Conditions

Services:
- Italian breakfast included by the Bar Cristo Re located in Valderice (TP)
- coffee machine, kettle and microwave are available in the b&b lobby.
- Daily tidying (from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm)
- Bath / bed linen set
- Bath linen change every three nights (daily change € 10.00 per day)
- Independent air conditioning system
- Free internet Wi-Fi
- The pool is open during summer season (the use of the pool is not permitted on the check-out day)

The rates do not include the tourist tax (€ 1,50 per person per night) to be paid to Municipality of Valderice and to be settled directly on site.

General conditions:
- Check-in after 3.00 pm
- Check-out by 10.30 am

- A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.

- Daily use/Late check-out the price is 70% than the rate for a double for equivalent period, based on availability.

Terms of payment:
- For booking confirmation you must pay a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay.
- Cancellations must be made 15 days prior to arrival. In the absence of such information, the amount paid will be kept.
- The balance will be paid 7 days before your arrival.
